PlasmaTVs

I can remember back in the day when I used to sit across a room with the rest of my family and watch TV all night on a 19" color TV set. None of us complained that the TV was too small, in fact it seemed rather large to us at the time. Coming forward into the present day that TV set seems rather small in comparision to what most people are watching. There are so many large screen TV options out there that it's getting rather difficult to decide which one is the best choice.

If you are looking for a large screen TV, like one of the new flat panel TVs that hang on the wall (even though they work well on their stand, hanging them on the wall is the general preference), you should take a look at the plasma TVs that are available on the market today.

Plasma TVs are television sets that hold particles of neon and xenon gas between two pieces of glass. When an electrical current is passed through these particles of gas they glow by emitting phosphers and that is where the plasma picture comes from. The Plasma TV sets tend to run a bit cheaper than the LCD screens, and the viewing angle is a bit wider. So for a great evening in front of the tube, get yourself a plasma flat panel and enjoy the sofa again.
