If you live in South Florida like I do and you need to get to various parts of the world you have a large variety of choices as far as which airport you will be flying from. In my immediate area I have several, but the one that I choose for flying out of the country on business or for pleasure is the Miami International Airport.

Located outside the City of Miami, the Miami International Airport is a major hub for several of the large airlines for entering and leaving the United States. One of the destinations is Latin America and the Miami International Airport is number one in the country for flights originating in and leaving for the Latin America countries.

If you are going to be flying out of Miami International Airport then you will want to give yourself plenty of time. I have been there when it is just a mad rush and the lines at the security stations are very long. It's no wonder since they push about 31 million people a year through their airport and send them off to their destinations. So if you are in the area and need to fly outside the United States, the Miami International Airport is your best bet.
